The Breakfast Empanada was inspired by the kind of morning everyone knows: the smell of breakfast on the grill, coffee being poured, and something warm being made to start the day right.

Davida’s idea was to take the comfort of a classic breakfast plate and wrap it into something easy, freshly baked, and made for any time of day. It brings together the feeling of a neighborhood diner breakfast, a weekend morning at home, and that first bite that feels familiar, hearty, and satisfying.

The result is an all-day breakfast favorite — warm, rich, and comforting, wrapped in Tilly’s empanada dough.
