It started with a name. And behind that name, a legacy.

Tilly’s was founded by Guillermo Di Clemente, inspired by one of the most important people in his life—his mother, Otilia, lovingly known as Tilly.

For as long as Guillermo can remember, he dreamed of creating something that would carry a piece of his mother’s legacy forward. Food became the perfect way to do it.At the heart of that dream was the empanada—simple, comforting, made to be shared, and deeply connected to family and tradition. But Guillermo envisioned something more: taking the empanada beyond its traditional roots and giving it a new place at the table.That vision became Tilly’s.

We take the warmth and familiarity of the empanadas we grew up loving and pair them with flavors inspired by different cultures and cuisines from around the world. Every recipe is thoughtfully created, every ingredient is chosen with quality in mind, and every empanada is made with the belief that something familiar can still surprise you.

But Tilly’s is about more than empanadas. It’s about gathering around good food, sharing something delicious with the people you love, and creating the kind of moments that become memories.
