The Asian Pork Empanada was born from the idea of bringing two worlds together: the comfort of a traditional empanada and the bold energy of Asian street food.

Inspired by busy night markets, warm aromas, and the kind of food that feels exciting from the first bite, Chef Kevin wanted to create something familiar but unexpected. It became a small journey wrapped in golden dough — a taste that starts close to home, then takes you somewhere new.

The result is an empanada with personality: warm, balanced, a little adventurous, and full of Tilly’s playful spirit.
